I've been using Tri-Action Auto Repair for over 5 years on both our vehicles. This company is top notch in all facets from service to performance. Tim, Pete and the gang are on top of everything; and most of all keep me at ease involving any type of repair that may be needed. I have recommended this company to both my neighbors and family. Rest assured they will take care of you, and still leave money in your wallet to grab a nice meal.

I took my 2007 Ford Freestyle in a couple weeks ago for what seemed to be an engine problem. My car had over 181,000 miles and I have not had any problems (aside from normal wear & tear). The car seemed to struggle when attempting to drive and seemed like it could stall at anytime. I had it towed there just before they closed. The next day I received a call letting me know the car seemed to be running fine and they could not duplicate the problem I was having. They did let me know the car was in need of a tune up. The car had never had a tune up so I had them do it. I picked up the car that evening and she was running great for about a day and it started doing the same thing while I was on my way to work. After about 20 minutes it was running fine again. On the way home from work it was still running good but the engine light came on. I was actually happy about that because now I knew they could pull the service code from the computer. I took it back the next day, they found the problem (a bad EGR valve gasket). They only charged me for the part, no labor cost. My car has been running great for 2 weeks now. I am a satisfied customer! I've been going to Tri-Action Auto Repair for about 12 years now. I live in Saint Clair Shores and I STILL drive all the way to them any chance I need work done. I always recommend them to anyone I know that lives within the vicinity. Tim and Pete are great guys who are extremely honest and very personable! On top of all of that they have beat any competitors prices any time I have checked! I would give them 6 stars if I could!

The Tri-Action Team always go the extra mile to be sure you're getting done only what you need, quality work and all of your repairs completed in a very timely manner. I speaking from much experience. 2001 Ford Explorer Sport remains well maintained.

I drive there from Sterling Hts for all my work. I trust their work & they stand behind it. Very friendly to all the customers & I notice while I'm there that many customers are repeat, which means they must trust them also.
