It was noted that you did not check the air cleaner filter as part of your safety check because it required some disassembly.This SOP at most oil change services that I have had done

King, we appreciate your review and value your opinion. The inspection we provide with our coupon oil change service is basic. We do offer a more in depth vehicle inspection (40+ point) to our coupon customers that should have been offered to you. With that said, I agree, that the air filter should have been checked, provided there is no real difficulty in removal. When you have time, I would like to extend you the courtesy, to stop by at your convenience, and let us check the air filter for you. I'm sorry this happened but more sorry that you didn't leave here completely satisfied. Thank you, Aaron

Has great service and great work! Had to get both front and back brakes and rotors and an oil change. Had to wait 3 hours for all services to be done. But also had gorcery shopping so because they now have a shuttle service they picked me up from Meijers after got my shopping done. Got to get all the things done that I needed to get done and just in time to pick up kids from school. So for that I'm grateful.

Great work. My car feels brand new now. The work they did on my front and rear rotors and brakes took all the shaking out of the car, decreased the noise, and made me feel much safer on the road. Thanks for the great work!
