We have a Braun wheelchair ramped van. Because of the floor being 11" lower than most minivans we have to go to a shop that has the ability to work on our van. I called ahead to make sure they would be able to do maintenance such as oil changes and tire rotations as well as less often needed work such as brake replacement and fuel system problem. They assured me they had worked on similar vehicles. We were able to get an appointment quickly and easily. They did the work we asked of them, and also checked out a few areas we had concerns with. They called us with estimates on work, we gave them the go ahead, and they had our van ready for us same day. They also came in slightly under the estimated price (nice little bonus for us). Overall we were very happy with customer service and work done. I will definitely be recommending them to others, and we plan to take our other vehicles there for service.

Are car started to make noise on Monday morning and we called Tri-Action Auto Repair they told us to bring it up there and we did. Once there the Service Rep was very polite and they even drove us home. They called a few hours later with the diagnostics and what had to be done and the price for all or just what we needed at the moment. Had them do just the things we could afford. The car was done by mid day Tuesday and they came and picked us up. The service rep gave us a detailed print out of what was done, needed to be done, and even gave us pictures of the problem spots. They even emailed me a copy this is the first auto shop I have seen that has been so tech savoy and informative no forced sales.They even gave us the old parts back so we could see how bad they were. All in all this is the place to go many mechanics and big shop. Quick, efficient, affordable. Need work done this is the place to go.

Very friendly. Always enjoy talking to Pete and the rest of the staff. They are caring n honest and the workmanship is the best! I've been going here for many years with at least 3 cars that I've owned. Tri Action does great, efficient work. I just recently found out that I could see how dirty my air filter was in a picture on the computer. And I know it was my filter. They do a great job on inspections with an oil change, and keep a log of things done on the car and things that should be done. I'll never go anywhere else. Great job Tri Action!! We have been coming to these guys for over 20 years now! They are always knowledgeable and friendly, they put in the time to diagnose vehicle issues and always give options for repairs and costs. They actually make having a problem with your car a good experience. Great bunch of people.
