I got an advert/coupon in the mail and my car had been making a clunking noise for a couple of months, so I figured I'd try out Tri Action Auto Repair based on their reviews when I looked them up. The inspection they do is very thorough and they informed me on every issue my car could possibly be having, and they provide photos and videos. I could only afford to focus on the main issue of the clunking but I have quotes and pricing for some other things that will be likely issues down the road. Christina was very helpful working with me as I debated back and forth on a couple of things and my car is now clunk-free and riding smoothly as it can. My only complaint is the way they send you the estimate; it comes via a link through text or email. I found it confusing what was and wasn't needed that day, and you don't get an estimated total until you approve or decline each service so I was having to add up my own totals for various options. Luckily my brother is a mechanic and he was able to help me decide what was priority as well. Overall would recommend because they were professional, quick, and the thorough inspection with photos/videos is very nice! Will be back for future service.
