Our car needed brakes, I think. I could feel shaking as I slowed down. I took the car to the dealership for brakes. I didn't like the price, so I took it to Tri-Action Auto. They did an inspection before just going ahead with the brakes. Turns out my brakes were fine, but something else was not. I am so appreciative that Tri-Action didn't just take my word for what needed to be replaced. It's so easy to be taken advantage of if you aren't a mechanic. Our car is now fixed, and we paid way less than we would have if we had used the dealership. And we would still need the thing replaced that Tri-Action replaced. (I don't remember what it is called - it's fixed and that's all that matters) I highly recommend the honest men at Tri-Action Auto, and we will be using them going forward.

Wow I can not say enough good things about Pete and all the rest of the guys. Dropped off a " Truck in a box" deal and they managed to resurrect it. Constant communication and amazing service and dedication. Thanks guys appreciate they hell out of Tri action auto. You guys rock!

I was warmly greeted upon my arrival by the service rep. I arrived early for my appointment and my vehicle was taken for service right away. The service was completed professionally and in a timely manner. Great experience as I have enjoyed for nearly 30 years.
