I've been taking vehicles to Tri-Action for 16 years now and I've always been completly satisfied with their service. Labor rates are on par with other shops in the area and the mark-up on parts is low. I've also purchased parts on my own and had Tri-Action install them when I didn't have the necessary tools or time. The only time they don't get a vehicle back to me when promised is when they find additional things wrong that I didn't know about and I ask them to fix those issues as well; though they can usually get the additional repair scope completed the same day. They have a customer for life and I always recommend them to others.

just what the title said. Brought the car in to repair a rattle and replace the IAC valve. Car ready several hours before being able to pick it up.
