The service was completed when I was told. Tim was willing to talk about the repair & what was involved to my mechanic who was not able to do the job himself. The repair involved removing, rebuilding, & rreinstalling a rear drive shaft. I would recommend and return to Tri-Action Auto Repair again.

I highly recommend these guys! They are a honest, hard working, very skilled team! They did a very thorough used vehicle inspection for us in an allotted amount of time that we had. They were on it! Driven and motivated! They worked together, didn't skimp or skim and they did a very complete quality job! They treated us and our concerns with top notch customer service! You don't find these kind of guys just anywhere and they should truly be valued! I can not thank them enough! I also need to mention that Tim is a very talented singer who treats you like family and makes you feel right at home. Broke down and was towed to nearest service centre. I’m from Canada and had to leave it late Fri. Received a phone call with diagnosis and estimate . Very pleased with the communication and professionalism. Picked up vehicle following week and all is great. Thanks gentlemen.
