I recently purchased a second vehicle and I had forgotten to get a pre purchase inspection simply because it's not my primary vehicle. After a couple weeks of having the truck my breaks decided to go out. I was planning on calling a few different shops in the area so I reached out to Tri-Action first and spoke with Tim. I explained everything that had happened and asked if they offered towing service since I had no breaks. He said that he definitely could take a look at it and have it towed to his shop. The tow truck arrived at my home within 20 minutes. I received a text message of what the problem was as well as additional repair and maintenance information. I touched base with the shop and spoke with Christina who was super knowledgeable and polite and we went over what repairs need to be done. After a few days I received a call that my Truck was ready, I haven't had a problem since. Definitely will be going back for future repairs. Thanks for your work guys

I've been taking all my vehicles to Tri-Action Auto Repair for years and they never cease to amaze me with their professionalism and high standards of technical expertise. I've never had such great reports that they send on the health of my vehicles due to a program that they have implemented designed to inspect every vehicle and send results of a check of systems, suspension, brakes, fluids, and other items of interest to the vehicle owner. What's more, they send pictures of what they are describing so I can see for myself! If you've been ripped off or not treated well by other mechanic shops, you owe it to yourself and your vehicle to allow Tri-Action to assist you. A+ as always and Christina, their service writer is excellent at scheduling and also at explaining what the techs have found.

Tim, Christina,Pete and Austin went above and beyond for me. I was treated so well and they did a fantastic job to take care of me. Still blown away on how they treated me and how well they fixed my truck. All issues were fixed, super good communication, super fast and gave me a phenomenal deal.
