I only had to wait an hour from the time I came in, to the time the repair was done. Had a ton of work done on my 2004 F-150 by Tri-Action this year. Christina explained everything that was being done clearly and kept me informed. An expensive part that they installed malfunctioned so they installed a new one and covered it on their warranty policy. They do good work at Tri-Action. Mike S.
